I am honored and very excited to share with you the first episode of
’s brilliant new podcast, Meaning Making Machines— for which I was the special guest! This was one of my favorite interviews I’ve done to date. Simone’s questions were wide-ranging and fascinating, and I can’t wait to see who she brings on her show next.In our conversation we speak about matrilineal vs. patrilineal cultures, motherhood across time, female fertility, the connection between Greek gods, aliens, and us (that was a fun conversation-thread we found ourselves in!) the relationship between fiction and spirituality, and more…
We had so much fun and didn’t want to stop talking, so we decided to record a part 2… which will be coming to you soon.

This was such a wonderful, wide-ranging, thought-stirring and enriching conversation. Thank you and Simone Leon for sharing it! xox
Sylvia I am sure you have lived thousand of lives over thousands of years in numberless forms, numberless times, in life after life, in age after age forever. I am sure that is why you are such an ancient soul, and feel so at home in antiquity. I wouldn’t be surprised at all if you had a life in Crete, given how much it calls to you still. I also feel more resonance with the ancient world, so just adore your work and interviews so much. I truly wait on tenterhooks for your work.
