I'm so grateful to have found your Substack after being a fan of Kalliope's Sanctum. That podcast really helped me get through some dark times. Since you are a fan of swans and their magic, I'd recommend perusing the work of artist, Meadow & Fawn. https://www.meadowandfawn.com/#/

When I first laid eyes on your words I recognized so many parts of me flickering and mirroring within, pulling me back to the roots, to the tenderness of all, to longing itself. I recently participated in your Votive Animal workshop and it was bliss. The kind of bliss that intersects with the torment of remembrance, the animal skins and furs I forget I carry over and under my own human skin. This offering is everything! I have been in love with the swan folktale in my native land since I was a child and I remember my grandmother speaking of the white swan and black swan and their nettle sisters. The white swan weaving and black swan unraveling. The strength of their nettle dresses and wreaths. And of course reading through Pushkin’s Swan Princess fairy tale marked me forever. I would so love to be part of the dance series and the swan writing offering and wish I could be in BC to dance and write in person.

Thank you for all the sweet nectar you pull out of the body of words through earth and water, through the dew perfume hidden in animal skin.
